Centre Biz offers serviced offices in varying sizes and location to suit your business requirements. The offices are accessible 24 hours a day, seven days a week. As a safety measure, the building is security accessed and the lifts are closed off between the hours of 6.00 p.m. and 7.00 a.m.

The serviced offices can accommodate 4 to 10 people and are carpeted, heated and cleaned daily. All the offices are furnished with high quality furniture, which includes:

  • An executive desk,
  • An upholstered and ergonomic executive chair,
  • Two visitors' chairs,
  • Filing cabinet.

All of the above are colour coordinated with the office surroundings. Additional furniture e.g. small meeting tables, extra desks, etc., of similar high quality is also available.

Serviced offices are available at reasonable weekly, per-person, rental rates. Electricity, council and state rates or building levies are included in the office rental.
