About InfiniOffice
Small businesses don't shop for "AI tools". They have a problem: the inbox at midnight, the receipts in a shoebox, the leads nobody followed up. InfiniOffice starts there.
Why this exists
Most AI directories are long lists sorted by hype, with paid placements that look like recommendations. Owners end up comparing forty chatbots when what they needed was a sentence of advice and one of each kind of tool.
So each problem here gets a quick answer, a four-step playbook, and four kinds of resource side by side: hosted products, open-source projects you can run yourself, agent skills and MCP servers that let an AI assistant use your tools, and workflow recipes that chain them together. Open-source and agent-skill listings are free because that's the part small businesses can't find elsewhere.
Who runs it
InfiniOffice is edited by Benjamin Cox, who builds practical automations for small and medium businesses: support agents, CRM and lead workflows, MCP connectors and Zapier, Make or n8n pipelines. Every listing is checked by a person before it goes live, and dated when it was last verified.
InfiniOffice is a sister project of Haidaa, an open-source agent knowledge protocol with paid integration contracting from the same team. Haidaa appears in the directory and among the editor's picks; we say so wherever it does.
How the site pays for itself
Product listings cost a one-off $49, and vendors can pay to be featured on a hub or the homepage. Those placements are always labelled Sponsored and never change a verdict or the "Start here" picks. The full policy is on how we list.
